1xbetapp Terms and Conditions — Rules That Protect You as a Pakistani Player

By accessing and using the 1xbetapp platform — whether through the website, mobile app or any other interface — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms apply to all users of 1xbetapp, including registered members and visitors browsing without an account.

• You must be acting on your own behalf — not as an agent or representative of another person — when placing bets or managing funds on 1xbetapp.
• You must not be an employee, contractor or immediate family member of an employee of 1xbetapp or any of its affiliated entities.

1xbetapp reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any point. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately, all funds will be held pending investigation, and any winnings accumulated will be forfeited in full.

Each user of 1xbetapp is permitted to hold one account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, phone numbers or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering on 1xbetapp, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.

• Your account username and password are personal — you must not share them with anyone. 1xbetapp will never ask for your password via chat, email or any other channel.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out under your 1xbetapp account. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact support immediately.
• Account names must match the identity documents you provide during KYC. Discrepancies may result in withdrawal holds until resolved.
• 1xbetapp reserves the right to decline a registration application or close an existing account without explanation where it has reasonable grounds to do so.

• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one 1xbetapp account, directly or through another person.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonuses through coordinated betting patterns, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or any activity that 1xbetapp determines to be deliberate circumvention of bonus terms.
• Match fixing and insider information: Placing bets based on information that is not publicly available, or any involvement in fixing the outcome of any event.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, software or any automated system to place bets on 1xbetapp without prior written consent.
• Collusion: Coordinating bets with other players — particularly in poker — to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Arbitrage abuse: Systematically exploiting pricing discrepancies between 1xbetapp and other platforms in a manner that constitutes abuse rather than legitimate skilled betting.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Using fraudulent payment methods, disputing legitimate charges with your bank or mobile wallet provider, or any form of financial deception.
• Impersonation: Registering with false identity documents or using another person's personal or payment information.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, funds in the account balance will be held and not released until the investigation is concluded. If the suspension results in permanent closure due to confirmed Terms violations, 1xbetapp reserves the right to forfeit the account balance in full.

If you wish to voluntarily close your 1xbetapp account, contact our support team directly. Any valid remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your verified payment method after applicable checks are complete.

1xbetapp provides the platform and its services on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous availability and accuracy of information, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times.

• 1xbetapp is not liable for any losses arising from system outages, data feed errors, internet connectivity failures on the player's end, or delays in payment processing caused by third-party providers such as Easypaisa, JazzCash or banks.
• 1xbetapp is not liable for decisions made by players based on live scores, statistics or any other information displayed on the platform — these are provided for informational purposes and may be subject to delays.
• In any event where 1xbetapp is found to be liable, the maximum liability is limited to the value of funds held in the player's account balance at the time of the incident.
• Nothing in these Terms limits 1xbetapp's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other matter where liability cannot be lawfully excluded.

1xbetapp reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where an urgent change is required to address fraud, security threats or regulatory obligations.

The effective date at the top of this document will be updated whenever the Terms are revised. Continued use of 1xbetapp after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with changes to the Terms, you should close your account before the effective date.
